A SCAM STORE & SLEAZY SALES TACTICS

stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full
Went in to look at cell phones, the sales people where very pushy with getting me into a new sales plan. when i finally read the fine details of the contract it was terrible. When I asked them why the specific details of the contract where so outrageous which would end up costing me more on their plan than my original Verizion plan they had no answers. The young sales people also seemed very uneducated on the specific capabilities that I needed in a phone and which would be best for me and my business. I was looking for a corporate plan for my engineering firm. They lost the sale. I went to an actual Verizion store instead where all my questions where answered. This is was at there Pittsburgh branch store in Greenstree. I am pretty sure one of the managers was on a drug as well as he kept scratching his nose and sniffling and was very erratic.

Cellular sales in Brookhaven ms

DO NOT PURCHASE HERE. CELLULAR Sales is not Verizon. They are an authorized dealer. So, when you go into the store to get a new phone, you are being charged 2 activation fees, one from Verizon $40 and selular sales charges their own form of an activation fee 50$. They call it a programming fee. I checked with Verizon corporate, and they don't charge this nor did the customer service folks have any idea what it is for. So, I called cellular sales customer service, in which I had to leave a message. A day later cellular sales customer service calls me back. I asked her what the additional 50$ charge was for and she said that it was for adding the phone to the account and transferring data. Verizon wireless corporate stores do NOT charge this fee. So I was charges 100 bucks for the "privilege" of purchasing 2 phones from a Verizon Wireless Authorized Dealer. I can tell you this, it would NOT have cost me 100 bucks to drive to the nearest Corporate store nor would it have cost be 100 bucks in shipping for 2 phones to come directly to my house. Not to mention the nearly 3 hours wasted and hours more wasted with customer care and non responsive sales reps

Im so mad yesterday black friday 2016 .There was a deal for free phones so we walked into the store had to wait for over an hour to see a employee about the deal .we told him we wanted the free phones and we had two phones to trade in that were in great working condition they are iPhone 5 Samsung's the only condition that we read was the phones had to be in good condition and working which they were first we were told it would be a $10 and a $20 fee for both phones then when we pushed it we were told that my husband's pixel be $4.17 and mine would be $11 and some change but still did not make sense we had to pay $284 to walk out of the store with three phones and everything was still on installments which did not even make sense sense on their website they advertised the free phones for Black Friday so four hours later we finally walked out with the phones but then I came home and called customer service and ask them to explain why we installment payments another spend another 2 hours on the phone with a mgr and still they could not even explain it really no help whatsoever so at this point I will never ever use Verizon again when we are done with all of this if this is what they consider customer service they are sadly mistaken they could go out of business and I would not even care if they don't care I don't care I don't understand what customer care is for if they really don't want to do anything for you and can't do anything for you what is the point when we spent over 6 hours of our day just dealing with phones we might as well have bought a car for that amount of time it is not an enjoyable experience and don't plan on doing it anytime soon at least with Verizon plan on writing the attorney general and showing them all the information that I have is well maybe then something will be done in favor of the customer customer service is really not what it used to be.

Short Review on March&nbs-04:00;23,&nbs-04:00;2017

This place is a Verizon front for robbing people. Was to be refunded money to my credit card and to this day it's not there. Don't do business there.

Girl working in store errand all info from iPhone 6, tried to sell it

Back to me for $220, after I had just spent $500 purchasing the new phone, this was on my birthday sept. 23, 2016. I missed my party, I was stuck there for several hours, I had o threaten to call the police to retrieve my phone & life proof case, she bent, all brand new products, she erased all my information off the phone, remained in back of store, where I was unable to leave or get my stuff back. I have never had such a bad experience with anyone or any wireless store. Please follow up with this serious complaint.

Thank you for your cooperation .

I love Cellular Sales, I will never shop in a corporate store, a diamond wireless or wireless zone or any other authorized retailer, only here. When I walk in the store, I am treated like a person, I love the customer experience I always get! From bill pays to buying phones, the staff are friendly and polite and always treat me like a person whether I am buying or not! They even call and follow up after I buy devices to make sure everything is going ok. And let me know about specials they have down the road! Love cellular sales!

Cellular Sales Cell Phone Service Review

They decided they are not going to cover my phone. I've been paying on 2 phones for 3 yrs and have filed 1 claim and now they don't want to insure my phone. I know their business is hurting because with Verizon going to the new edge program customers can't use their insurance so they've lost a lot of business

Cellular Sales of Florida LLC posing as a Verizon Store

When you enter a Verizon store it may not be a true "Corporate Verizon store. Instead it may be a company authorized by Verizon to sell their phones. One such company is Cellular Sales of Florida LLC. They look just like a real Verizon store. The reps don't tell you are not doing business with Verizon. They tend to overcharge you for the phone and other accessories. I was overcharged by $150 from the prices posted at the Verizon website. Also they push their own insurance company, eSecuritel which is more expensive than Verizon's Aurion Total Mobile protection. With the help of the "real" Verizon sales reps online I got my refund of $150 from the Cellular sales store. Check the next time you walk into a Verizon Store. Make sure they are not an authorized third party.

The sales people are Cellular sales do not know anything of the products they are selling. When I asked questions about the processing units they had no clue and kept referring back to protection plans and upgrades.

They are very uneducated in the workings of cell phones. Basically high school kids trying to be sales scammers.

Guest

Same thing happened to me and they charged 45.00 for a service fee for putting on a screen protector. I will be telling every person I know to avoid these scammers.

First of all, "corporate" verizon stores are pushy and do unethical things to make their sales quotas. Cellular Sales don't treat their customers that way.

The eSecuritel insurance is the same cost as total mobile protection, but you get a new phone instead of a refurbished one. So before you bash a company because you believe you were overcharged, maybe you should get your facts straight!

I agree with the author of the complaint. Cellular Sales in Dallas is also a complete ripoff.

I am in the process of informing the Attorney General and FCC of the fraudulent sales strategies of this fake Verizon company. If tryin to purchase a new phone or service from Cellular Sales, run away.
